What a great find! My mother's families are from Queen Anne's and Kent, so I'm really enjoying your posts. Kathryn

What are your family names, I will keep my eyes open for them when finding blog material.

Thanks Cindy!

My family names are Councill/Councell, Sparks, Chilcutt, Godwin, and Meredith. My Willis family also came from Queen Anne's, but I think they originated from Delaware.

This is great! I am just starting out. Looking for Lowe, Cook, Bryan, and Carroll. Lowe, Cook, and Bryan from KI in QAC. Carroll's are from Baltimore originally. My Great Grandfather was George Schaefer Lowe, Sr B. ~1854. D. 1918 M. Lenora Cray Lowe D. 1899. G.G. Born in MD but apparently not QA county. Others have told me that he was from Caroline County from his obit. I have many unidentified photos and no living family that can identify. I am focusing on the Lowe side of the family initially. Looking for any resources.
