Whatever Happened to.... Queen Anne's County
May 1822
William Joiner, Elizabeth Joiner and Allie Joiner were the
children and heirs of William Joiner, deceased, who died intestate leaving a
tract of land called "Parsons Neck" on Kent Island. It was decided by the court the
land could not be divided without injury only containing 87 acres.
This surveyors plat of the land is the most beautiful I've ever seen. You have to look closely to actually see the lines of the land tract. Be sure to click on the plat for a larger view to see the detail in the surveyors art.
